• Jessica Hinson has been a NASM Certified personal trainer for close to a decade and her experience and education in the field shows in her clients results! Jessica started her fitness journey at 330lbs at 21 years old and wanting to run a 5k with her friends. She hired a trainer at her local gym and it didn't take long for her to fall in love with fitness and personal training! Jessica has experience as a client and a trainer, so she understands the needs from both sides.

    She has lost an amazing 100lbs while going through 7 knee surgeries and 2 hip surgeries! (she’s very clear that the surgeries were unrelated to her physical activity!) This personal experience helps guide Jessica in understanding her clients needs, limitations, and how to adapt and overcome them!

    Jessica holds many certifications in Fitness, including (but not limited to) Corrective Exercise, Weight-Loss, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Behavior Change! These, along with her studies in Exercise Science at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in the Beth-El school of Health Sciences, and actively continuing her education through partnering with health professionals, such as doctors of physical therapy and chiropractic, allows her to be the best trainer she can to help her clients in all aspects of their fitness journey, including correcting muscle imbalances and creating a healthy head-space!

  • Hey! My name is Sarah Warr.

    I have my personal training certification through ISSA and have been working as a trainer since January of 2023. I have competed in two powerlifting competitions and plan to continue to compete in the upcoming years. I am currently working on getting into the Sports Management program at UCCS for my Bachelor’s.

    My fitness journey started later in my life at 23 when I was trying to figure out who I was. I started by joining a group class at my college and continued to have a coach throughout my journey. I love to inspire and motivate people to achieve any goals they may have. I like to teach functional and strength training while incorporating a healthy balance in life. In my downtime, I like to travel around Colorado, play video games, and catch up on some of my favorite podcasts.

    My mission is to show individuals that they can do anything they set their mind to!
